okok, so... *deep breath* lets take it from the top. I apologise my bad english (I'm a bit surty) and present to thee:


The First Step On My Possible Future Career (or; Three girls gets overrun by ill omens and gets lost in a big city)

At the studyCon (w/e) last year, me and some friends signed upö as intrested for this hairdresser school thing and thought nothing more of it. A couple of months later, they called from the school and asked if I was intrested to come over for a work test. It so happened that my birthday was that exact weekend, so I couldn't go, but I told them that they could contact me the next time they had such a thing.

About a month later, they called again and asked if I was still intrested, nd I said yes. Said and done, last sunday, me and two friends sat on the bus for five (5) hours before we finally arrived in Örnsköldsvik (directly translated to EagelSheildBay XD ). We spent the night at one of my friends grandfather and the next morning, it was time.

First off, I woke up with this splitting headache, think bowling ball inside of skull, and I feared that I would make it out the door without throwing up. But thankfully enough, it eased up a while later. Then, when we powerwalked to the bus stop, we encountered this nice little piece of bird!roadkill, which felt like an omen

The first busstop we passed, we failed to interpret correctly (fucking wierd way to print the timetable >_< ), so we scuttled over to the next where we had to wait for about half an hour for the bus. And by that time, we'd seriously concidered hitchhiking into the city. But the bus arrived and we got safely to our destination.

Well there, however, we found that the school we had to find refused to be found! We had a map, but just couldn't find the bloody place! And I got the highest grade at gym on the subject of running around in a forest with a map and a slip of paper...
So, hopelessly "lost" we called the school and asked for directions. Turns out that the door we were looking for was at the first place we'd looked, just well hidden behind the fact that it had no sign >_<

Anyways. we got seated and waited nicely for our time. During this, the students currently under study ambled in. And they all said Hello to us with a smile O_o This might sound perfectly normal to you guys, but up here, we're very reserved and in general only aknowledge the people we already know.

A bit shocked at the overall friendlyness of the place, we finally got called in and got to answer some questions in the form of a personality test (I turned out to be an ASRE, whatever that means), a written interview and such. Then, we got to try out skills at hair-doing. Some cutting, putting up hair on rolls an special braiding. It all went reather smoothly, except for some mionor occurances of shaking hands and the fact that one of the examintors was a lefty, which ment that I tried to do it backwards O_o

A quick color test followed (see a diffrence between warm and cold colors, no problem) and then we had to sit down and wait for the judgement. Turned out that we all got in! All three of us! Wiiiie!

We spent the rest of the day skipping about in joy. I even found a new love in the form of Chai Latte (mmm, sweet and spicy, yum) and Subways Bacon Melt

So, there's a 95% chance that I'm going to become a hairdresser :3
In that case, I begin in January 2010, so I've got some time to work on my art and get my hands on some hard earned money

I'm feeling quite glad atm :3 Things have been going so good for me these last few months. I'm almost wondering when the bombs going to hit @_@

But till then, I'm just going to enjoy life.
