Well, I can't say that this is something that happens everyday...
Today, I was sitting around, being bored as usual. So I thought: "Hey, let's play some Diablo II LoD!" but then I remembered that I'm long overdue to make a safety copy of everything on my harddrive (including all my WIPs) to my portable harddrive. But I thought "Nah, I'll do it after I've played" and then proceeded to kick some monster butt. After about an hour or so, I was satisfied and quit the game. And as I waited for the CD to quit spinning, I suddenly heard this BANG! I almost shat myself! A quick look on the screen confirmed that the computer was still up and running, which either ment that I was just shot by someone, or my CD exploded. Turns out it was the latter... In a way, I think I might have prefered that it was me instead >_<
Keep in mind that this is so fecking rare that they brought it up on Myth Busters (where it was confirmed)...
I now have to clean out the CD drive and buy a new one. Although I think I'll skip that and save up for a whole new computer.
Note the extra sprinkle of irony: The CD is called Lord of Destruction!
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
